Return policy

At ryffhq, we want our customers to feel comfortable shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return Period
Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

2. Return Conditions
Returned products must generally be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, or other marks
- In original saleable condition
- With original tags attached, where applicable
- Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
Because our main products are women's clothing, we recommend trying garments on indoors and keeping tags attached until you have decided to keep the item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn clothing
- Washed clothing
- Altered clothing
- Items with makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or other signs of use
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer use
- Items returned without required original tags where tags were originally provided
Additional restrictions may be displayed on individual product pages where applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns requested due to personal preference, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Incorrect style selected
- Color preference
- No longer wanting the item
- Other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as the customer is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our return facility.
5. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from the item ordered

Please include photographs and a description of the problem.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide appropriate return instructions and determine the available resolution.

Important: Please contact customer service before shipping a return. We recommend that customers do not send returns without first receiving return instructions.
7. Return Inspection
Once your return arrives, the item will be inspected.
If the product meets the return requirements, the refund will be approved.
If an item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, or other use that makes it ineligible for return, the refund may be refused or adjusted where permitted by applicable law.
8. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account.
The exact timing depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
9. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
If the return is caused by an error on our part, a defective product, or an incorrect item, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory can change quickly.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact customer service. Depending on availability, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
11. Return Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to involve repeated misuse of the return policy, fraudulent activity, materially altered products, or other unreasonable behavior, subject to applicable law.
